How do I export my Oura data?

Short answer
Open the Membership Hub Menu then Settings then Account then Manage membership, select Export data, then Request your data. Oura may take up to 10 days to email you.
Oura exports all of your Oura data as CSV (comma-separated values) files from the Membership Hub, the page where you manage your Oura account. You request the export, and Oura sends an email to your account's address when the files are ready.
Steps
- Open the Oura app on your iPhone.
- On the Today screen, tap the menu in the upper-left corner.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll to Account.
- Tap Manage membership. The Membership Hub opens.
- If the Membership Hub asks you to log in, use your Oura account details.
- Select Export data then Request your data. Do not select Delete account and all data: Oura says it permanently deletes your account and all account data.

What's in the export
Oura says the documentation for its API V2 describes the data models: what each field in the export files holds. An API (application programming interface) lets an app request your data from Oura. Oura gives each duration in total seconds, not in hours and minutes. To get hours, divide by 3,600: a total sleep time of 24,030 seconds is 6.675 hours, or 6 hours and 40.5 minutes. The Oura app shows that night as 6 hours 41 minutes, and Oura says the two can differ by one minute due to rounding.
Other ways to get your Oura data out
Gen2 is an older Oura ring. Oura says Gen2 needs no membership, and Oura Membership applies only to Gen3 and newer.

- Shareable Reports
In the Oura app, tap the menu in the upper-left corner of the home screen. Tap Reports then Shareable Reports. Choose a report. You can download a printable version, or send the report by email or a message. Oura says you currently cannot change its timeframe or the type of data in it.
- Apple Health
To turn on the sync, tap the menu in the Oura app, then tap Settings then Data sharing then Apple Health. Turn on Connect to Health. To export, open the Health app and tap Summary. Tap your picture or initials. Tap Export All Health Data, then choose a method for sharing your data. Apple exports all of your Health data, not only Oura's, in XML format, a common format for sharing data between apps.

Questions
Can I export Oura data without a membership?
Yes. Oura says the Membership Hub export is available for all Oura users, with or without an active membership. If you cancel your membership and do not delete your account, Oura says it keeps your data saved.
Can I still download Oura data from Oura on the Web?
No. Oura discontinued Oura on the Web on October 5, 2026. Oura says your data is still in the Oura app, and you download it through the Membership Hub.
