What Biomon reads
Biomon connects to your Polar Flow account, so sync your Polar device to Flow before you import. It asks Polar for steps, workouts, heart and sleep.
- Steps
- Workouts
- Heart
- Sleep
Biomon asks for these kinds of data. It shows only what Polar shares and you allow.
How it connects
Your Polar Flow account, connected in Biomon's settings
How to connect
- In Biomon, open Settings then Connections and choose Polar.

- Check the data Biomon asks for, then tap Connect Polar.

- Sign in on Polar's own page and choose what to share with Biomon. Biomon never asks for your Polar password.

- Sync a new activity to Polar Flow, so Biomon has something to import.
- Back in Biomon, Polar shows as connected, with the time it last synced.
